Offset Caught Up in Lawsuit Because He Ignored It By Not Responding

I swear these lawsuits just seem to follow Offset. While his case has been dropped in the phone situation with a fan, Offset is still in trouble with a different person. Remember when he and Cardi B left the Met Gala last year, a photographer and fan was trying to get an autograph from Cardi. Their security said the man was being very aggressive, talking all types of mess, then the man, Giovanni Arnold, was attacked by who he believes was Offset and Cardi's hired muscle. Fast forward because of course you know Arnold filed a lawsuit, even though Cardi, nor Offset ever touched the man. According to TMZ, Arnold asked a judge to grant him a default judgment because Arnold said Offset never said anything in response to the lawsuit. Well, a judge granted it this week. We're not sure how much Offset would have to pay up or if he plans to challenge the judgement. As far as Cardi, who was also sued, she has been responding to her suit.
