For a few months, YK Osiris has been very social on social media. He's been dancing and singing and looking like he's just doing him. However, he scrubbed his Instagram page of all of those videos. Well, aside from looking as if he's back in the studio, he has some good news. According to TMZ, he will not be prosecuted and charged in an assault case. Back in 2019, he was arrested after he allegedly beat up his GF at his birthday party. His girlfriend told the police that Osiris choked her and bit her face. The fight started when the girlfriend found a picture of a woman in his phone. At that time, Osiris was arrested on a felony charge of aggravated assault by strangulation. The Fulton County D.A.'s Office says even though Atlanta PD had probable cause to arrest Osiris in November 2019, but the D.A. has decided NOT to prosecute at this time.
