I doubt a judge will really say okay to this, but rapper Silento wants to be free in his Georgia felony murder case. Remember, back in February, Silento was arrested and charged with murder for his alleged role in the death of his cousin, Fredrick Rooks. According to TMZ, DeKalb County, GA requesting the court set his bond at $25k. Silento said if a judge grants him bond, he wont' run and he doesn't think he is a flight risk. Dude, you're in trouble for allegedly killing your own cousin. He believes denying him bond is unconstitutional. A bond hearing is set for later this month so we will see what a judge will agree to.
