Drivers Rally Behind Bubba Wallace At Talledega

On Sunday, there was rain that interrupted the NASCAR race. However, outside of the venue, many people who were upset that NASCAR banned the Confederate flag from its events, still had their flags outside of the venue. What was more sad was that Bubba Wallace found a noose in his stall in the team garage. Being the only full-time black race car driver, you know he felt some type of way. But the good thing is, his opponents had his back. Before the race, the drivers got behind Bubba's number 43 car and pushed it to the starting line in a way to support Bubba and to let him know they have his back. According to TMZ, even after the National Anthem, the drivers lined up to give Bubba a hug and you know that had to be so emotional for him with everything they did to show their support. Later, Bubba finished #14, which was his best place at the track in his career. By the way, shout out to the few black people who came out from Atlanta to show him support and it was their first time to a NASCAR race.
