AR-Ab Gets Convicted for Running Drug Ring in Philly

Oh no! A Philly rapper is facing 15 years in prison. AR-Ab has been convicted of running a drug ring in Philly. According to the Inquirer, AR-Ab, real name Abdul West, and three others in his entourage were convicted of turning their record label Original Block Hustlaz into a drug trafficking operation and that’s been linked to at least two murders. On Tuesday, a jury announced its verdicts on counts including conspiracy and distribution of crack cocaine, heroin, and methamphetamine. He hasn't been sentenced for the charges, yet, but he faces up to 15 years in prison. As for what made FBI probe into West's hustle, jurors were shown several of West’s videos and dozens of Instagram posts as FBI agents pointed to direct links to crimes that he or members of his crew had committed.
