Kanye West's Neighbors Call Cops on Dome Construction Again

Kanye West is still going through with the building of his dome homes. We're still trying to figure out what the dome shape, but hey it's Kanye we are talking about here. Now weeks ago, Kanye's neighbors complained about the noise and when cops came out, they found out Kanye didn't have the proper permits to build. Well he was given the option of getting proper permits, or tear the domes down. They are still there. But it looks like Kanye's neighbors are still not happy. TMZ reports the neighbors are over all the noise that is going on with construction because people are working on the dome homes overnight. Some neighbors complained crew were working more than 12 hours on Saturday and the city will allow construction from 8a-5p and the city doesn't allow construction on Sunday, which is what happened, too. When cops showed up to the site, workers were told to stop the construction and they did. Kanye better throw a nice dinner party for his neighbors or send some fruit baskets to apologize for the constant noise.
