Meek Mill is still trying to spread the word of justice reform. After having served time in jail himself, he wants to make sure others aren't being harassed and wrongfully arrested. According to UpRoxx, Meek has teamed with Jay Z, Sixers' owner Michael Rubin, Patriots owner Robert Kraft, Van Jones and other to create a criminal justice reform organization. Today, Wednesday, they will reveal the name and more information about the organization. Of course, Meek has had his own negative experience with the criminal justice system, which included his controversial ruling when he was sentenced to 2-4 years in prison for breaking probation on a decade-old drug and gun charge. Meek still isn't clear of the system, having tweeted, "I just wanna get off probation I been on this shit my whole adult life ... 11 years of asking for permission." Van will lead the organization as CEO and said the Reform Alliance will amplify the social activists who have been pushing for reform for decades.
