In 2021, Daniels received a lifetime achievement award in Philadelphia from Philadanco, while his last feature film ‘The Deliverance’, a supernatural thriller, starring Andra Day, Glenn Close, and Monique, was released on Netflix in 2024. Daniels is slated to Executive Produce a television adaptation of the movie/novel ‘The Spook Who Sat By The Door’ for FX which is scheduled to air later this year.
