Anthony Mackie stressed the importance of "innocent until proven guilty" while talking about Jonathan Majors, a fellow actor from the Marvel Cinematic Universe. Majors recently appeared in court for assault and harassment charges related to a March incident. The "Captain America: Brave New World" star talked about the fate of the “Kang the Conqueror” actor in an interview with Inverse. Kang was supposed to be the way forward for Marvel Studios after his appearances in "Ant-Man" and "Loki." Mackie is the first major actor in the MCU to talk about the legal situation involving the Kang actor. Majors was charged with assault, attempted assault, harassment, and aggravated harassment after a dispute with a 30-year-old woman in New York City. Majors denies abuse allegations and has been dropped by a talent manager, PR firm, and U.S. Army.
