Cardi B Seizes More Earnings Won in Defamation Suit From Tasha K

  • Cardi B is determined to get money from her defamation suit involving blogger Tasha K. 
  • The “Up” rapper has started garnishing Tasha K's income as promised and was granted the right to seize property from Tasha in April.
  • Cardi B sued Tasha K, and a jury found her liable for defamation, invasion of privacy, and emotional distress. After winning her case, Cardi is set to receive a total of $4.25 million.
  • The Bronx native subpoenaed JP Morgan Chase for her award money but was told the vlogger only had $1,083.02 in her account. Tasha K apologized to Cardi B on Instagram in March.
