Snoop Dogg came to social media to voice his frustration over a photographer who is suing Nas over a picture he posted of himself with 2Pac. “You fu__in’ photographers done lost y’all rabbit ass minds muthaf__ka. When you take a picture of a n-gga, that picture ain’t yours. That’s some near likeness situation. You’re borrowing my likeness,” said Snoop. “How you gonna sue Nas for a picture that he in? We need some new laws to help us as artists, man, because there’s a bunch of muthafuc__s selling pictures with my face on it and I don’t get sh_t ’cause they took the picture.” The photographer in question is veteran photographer Al Pereira who filed a lawsuit against Nas in February for sharing a photo of himself with 2Pac without permission or licensing the work. Pereira is known for suing people over photos, he is the same photographer who sued Kylie and Kendall Jenner over a 2Pac and Biggie photo that was used for their clothing line. Family rep, Todd Wilson called the lawsuit “absurd” and told TMZ, “It was like suing an actor for being in a movie.”
