SWV’s Lelee Lyons Was ‘Shocked’ When Michael Jackson Helped Out the Group

You may have heard this story before but it came back up when a fan tweeted LeLee of SWV recently.
SWV's Right Here Human Nature remix was a gift from Michael Jackson.
SWV's version was one of the biggest songs of 1993.
It all came to be when Michael Jackson gave Human Nature to producer Teddy Riley for FREE to create the remix.
SWV never had to pay Michael Jackson a dime.
That is huge considering he could have taken all of the publishing on the song.
It was also huge because this was the beginning of SWV's career.
In the recent tweet LeLee wrote, it was very thoughtful of him. I was so shocked that he was a fan of my group. I am forever grateful.
