Well, Kanye West has gotten his wish and that is to have his name changed. Born Kanye Omari West, he asked a judge to sign off on a petition to change his legal name to 'Ye. According to TMZ, that wish has been granted. Of course many people have shortened Kanye's name down over the years to just 'Ye, but now its permanent. He dropped the middle and last name. And now that he has a new name, of course he is already thinking about branding. 'Ye has filed legal papers to trademark "Ye" for masks. Yes, masks to protect you from any viral infection. We assume it's definitely not the strange face masks he has been sporting a lot lately. Then again, it's 'Ye and we never know what to expect from him.
