There may have been and still is some beef between Kanye West and Drake. The crazy thing is, they worked together several times before. However, Kanye had the anticipation build-up with many of his fans over his "Donda" which was pushed back several times. Donda happened and Kanye broke records with just the listening events. However, the numbers looked good when he released the album, but then Drake happened. Drake's "Certified Lover Boy" album dropped and everything was good. According to Rolling Stone, CLB out-streamed Donda in just 3 days! From Friday through Sunday alone, Certified Lover Boys saw over 430 million on-demand audio streams in the U.S. So here is a way to look at it. Donda pulled in just under 423 million in its first eight days on streaming. I'm pretty sure Drake is having a nice drink right about now.
