We're curious to see how this will end. Kenneth Petty, Nicki Minaj's husband, feels some type of way by being labeled a sex offender. Well, what else do you think would happen when you attempt some foul stuff like rape. Just last week, the alleged victim hit Nicki and Kenneth with a lawsuit claiming the two were threatening her and trying to get her to change her story that happened back in the early 2000's. Well Kenneth is trying to sue to have his name taken off of New York's Sex Offender Registry. He claims he never got to challenge it. According to TMZ, Kenneth said he never got a notice of hearing about the registry in October 2004 because he was locked up. He had been categorized as a level 2 sex offender but said he didn't get that notice. He claims someone else, a "Kenny Petty" that was signed was forged. Kenneth wants his name removed from the list since he didn't have his due process to challenge having his name on the registry. But why wait over 15 years later to try to fight this?
