We keep reminding people that Covid is still here and that Delta variant is real, as well. Some rappers have decided to make mention that they have had the virus. Over the weekend, DJ Khaled hopped on social media to thank people for their wishes and prayers because he revealed he and his family contracted the virus. He said they’ve made a full recovery. Also, Jim Jones announced that he also had the virus. He wasn’t sure if he wanted to post what was going on, but wanted to make sure people understand how important it is to keep safe. He said, “I urge everybody to stay safe out there. COVID is real. I was running around here thinking I was Superman and COVID knocked the socks off Superman.” And another who revealed they also had COVID, is Drake! Is that why the album hasn’t come out yet, because he was going through that? A fan reposted a photo/video of Drake saying his haircut's heart, was stressed. Drake hopped in the comments and said,“I had Covid that s**t grew in weird I had to start again [insert laughing emoji] it’s coming back don’t diss.” It’s good to see he can joke about it, but we are glad some of our faves are okay.
