Kim Kardashian has found many ways to brand herself, including beauty products and under garments. Well she is now being hit with a cease and desist letter over her SKKN trademark. Kim planned to use that as her beauty line, but not so fast, Kim. TMZ reports lawyers for Beauty Concepts LLC hit Kim with a cease and desist letter claiming Cyndie Lunsford has a salon and provides skin care services, using the same brand name, SKKN+. Basically, Kim will have to stop with the beauty line's name because Beauty Concepts claims it applied to the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office back in March to register the SKKN+ logo and they've been using the name and logo for about 3 years now before Kim applied for her trademark. They don't want people to be confused with the brands. Of course, if Kim doesn't rename her beauty line, there could be some trouble for her.
