SpotEmGottem was arrested for an incident that went down back in June in Miami Beach. He got into an altercation with a garage parking attendant over an $80 parking fee. The attendant claims the rapper pointed a gun with a green laser at him before fleeing the scene. Police say Marshals have been looking at SpotEm for a minute over that and that they have been investigating the incident. When the rapper was found, he was reportedly laying down in a hotel room in Miami and was within reach of a high-powered firearm, as if he was ready for something to go down, according to Local 10. SpotEmGottem is charged with aggravated assault with a firearm, possession of a firearm by a convicted felon, and accessory after the fact. Three other men were also arrested for their involvement in the parking garage incident. So you mean to tell me, you rather do jail time instead of paying the parking fee?
