Terrence Howard is pissed. He is threatening to sue producers for the movie, "Triumph" which has already been released. You're thinking, he's in the movie, so what's the problem, right? Well, money! TMZ reports the producers didn't have consent to use him in the film. Terrence's team sent out a cease and desist order. So here is the thing, Terrence's role in the movie was "conditioned upon the satisfaction of material monetary and non-monetary promises made by the producers, which never happened," according to the letter signed by Terrence's attorney. His attorneys claim these producers acknowledged as recently as April 15 that Howard's consent had not been obtained and "Triumph" could not come out until they got a signed release, but the movie came out April 30. Ouch! You would think he'd be okay with the movie as he stars as a wrestling coach training a teenage student who has Cerebral Palsy. It's a positive movie, but with some outside issues.
