Rita Ora Issues Apology for Breaking COVID Gathering Rules

Look, we know people are breaking rules left and right when it comes down to these COVID restrictions. Lately, many places have been telling people to reduced indoor gatherings, but people are still out here in groups doing whatever. Rita Ora was celebrating her 30th birthday party with an intimate group of friends, recently. England is currently in lockdown to stop the spread of Covid-19, prohibiting people from different households from mixing indoors, unless they are part of the same household or support bubble and Rita was out celebrating. According to NBC News, Rita issued an apology, much like Cardi B. Rita said, "This was a serious and inexcusable error of judgement." She added,"Given the restrictions, I realise how irresponsible these actions were and I take full responsibility." She posted this in her Instagram story. She also said, "It was a spur of the moment decision made with the misguided view that we were coming out of lockdown and this would be OK," Ora said. "I'm deeply sorry for breaking the rules and in turn understand that this puts people at risk."
