Lil Yachty Hit With Lawsuit Over Assault

Lil Yachty can't catch a break. Recently, he was arrested for speeding in his Ferrari and now he is being sued. Not for that speeding situation, but because he beat up a man. According to TMZ, Jimmy Quivac is suing Yachty claiming Yachty and his people beat him up when he was trying to go inside the Rolling Loud Festival to check out the Juice WRLD tribute. Jimmy said he was walking through the crowd then someone from Yachty's crew yelled that Jimmy bumped into them and that's when a beat down took place. His story definitely doesn't match Yachty's though because Yachty claimed the man shoved him for no reason and that's when Yachty and his people popped off. By the way, the melee was caught on camera. Jimmy is suing for assault and battery and intentional infliction of emotional distress.
