It may seem as if Mary J. Blige has been keeping quiet these days, but actually she has been moving in silence. She starred in a cop film but she has also been busy finding a way to wind dow. And when we say wind down, she has created a wine collection. Mary announced the launch of her wine collection, Sun Goddess Wines, on Monday. It will be a limited-edition collection that will include a rose and Sauvignon Blanc. Mary is working with Fantinel Winery. And if you're into wines and are curious, both wines bring unique flavors with the rosé being full-bodied with notes of peach, melon, and blackberry with a crisp finish, while the Sauvignon Blanc is smooth and strongly aromatic, as described by People. Mary went with the name Sun Goddess as a tribute to her mother and childhood, reminiscing about childhood memories of her mother and her love of the warm energy that radiates from the sun. And if you're thinking this will be a very expensive wine collection, it's not. The collection will sell for $19.99 each on Wine.com in August.
