Bill Cosby has been locked up for a while now for sexual assault. However on Tuesday, the comedian and actor has been granted an appeal for his 2018 sexual assault case. According to CBS Philly, he can now fight his conviction in the Pennsylvania Supreme Court. Of course he was locked up after a jury said he was guilty of drugging and sexually assaulting a woman in his home in 2004, although many other women said he did the same thing to them. Cosby will be allowed to appeal two key issues in his 2018 conviction on sexual assault charges. One issue focuses on the "prior bad act" witnesses who testified about alleged assaults that were not part of the charges, and the second focuses on the prior district attorney's decision not to charge him a decade ago. He's set to serve 3-10 years in prison.
