Kanye West Sued for Not Paying Software Company

Okay Kanye, you have to take care of things. Kanye West is now a billionaire according to Forbes, but he needs to take care of business. He is facing a lawsuit for breach of contract. According to The Fashion Law, a Colorado-based company called Backbone PLM filed a complaint alleging that Yeezy Apparel is in breach of contract for an agreement that was inked back in September 2018. The company says Kanye hasn't paid them for the software they provided for Kanye to manage the design specs and inventory for Yeezay Apparel. Kanye basically stopped paying the bills. They had a deal for about 2 years for Backbone to license its software to Yeezy. However, in 2019, they had to send several requests of outstanding balances that totaled about $125,200. The company is seeking full payment on the contract as well as interest and payment of their legal fees. Let's hope Kanye can take care of that soon.
