Well that had to hurt. The Sixers took on Oklahoma City Thunder on Monday at the Wells Fargo Center. However, Joel Embiid may have to sit out of Thursday's game against the Celtics. According to ESPN, Joel dislocated his left ring finger in the first quarter of Monday's game. When it happened, Joel tried to continue to play but at one point, there was discomfort. He got his fingers taped together and came back out to check back into the game and wanted to get that win. He finished the game with 18 points, 9 rebounds and 8 assists in 32 minutes and yes, the Sixers won.
