The Popeyes saga continues, as 7 workers at a Wisconsin location have now been terminated after a violent brawl was caught on camera.
The incident happened last Wednesday during working hours - thought it’s unclear what initially sparked the incident. Richard Fourte was on his way into the store when he witnessed the brawl go down. The worst part? He witnessed it, and then left empty handed. No arrests were made, and the Popeyes franchise owner released this statement after the 7 employees were all terminated:
"This was an unfortunate, isolated incident which we take very seriously. The dining room was closed immediately after the altercation at 9:30 p.m. As a result of this, seven employees were terminated from the company, including the manager on duty."
