Looks like the chicken sandwich is still causing fights at Popeyes — another one was caught on video this weekend in Brooklyn.
Apparently, according to MTO, the customer paid for the chicken sandwich, but then was told that it was sold out when it was time to actually get the sandwich.
MTO reports that she stood in line for an *hour*, and that when she got to put I her order, the server told her she was getting the last sandwich. Then, after the woman paid, she’s says that the last sandwich was then given to another customer. Thus, a large argument broke out between the server and the customer, and it ended with a fight that even had the Popeyes employee injured! Police were called to the restaurant, and NYPD is allegedly investigating it.
