It appears that things have taken ANOTHER turn in the case of the Disneyland family brawl that happened last week, as the family involved in the brawl is now claiming that it *never happened* ... despite there obviously being a 5-minute video of the entire thing caught on camera.
The Anaheim PD responded to tweets that were upset about the how the incident was handled, writing, "Not a joke. There has to be an investigation. The parties involved all denied anything occurred and we were not there to witness it."
Earlier this week, we told you (click below) that the police had presented the case to the Orange County District Attorney's office for review and possible criminal prosecution. Police have yet to finish the investigation, and any charges won't be filed until that happens. It seems odd, however, that this is the line they are going with (that it never happened) - we will keep you updated on what happens next!
