Smh: Philly Police Officer Shoots Man He Thought Had a Gun
I really don't understand why some cops can't just take the steps to figure out if someone really has a gun or not. A man who was panhandling in Kensington was shot by an off duty police officer. The man was going from car to car in traffic asking for money. According to police, the officer thought we was armed and trying to rob him and that was his justification for the shooting.
