TMZ reports that the Brooklyn rapper was indicted last week in New Jersey on one count of domestic violence with significant bodily injury, two counts of threatening to kill, and one count of possession of a weapon — a pair of scissors. The incident in question, where he’s accused of threatening to kill Emily and her family members, was partially captured on video. She says he punched her in the face so hard it knocked out her front teeth in the weeks leading up to another altercation in their driveway.
The couple are still together through all of this. In the past few months, they’ve been spotted in public at events and on family vacations.
The rapper’s attorney previously tried to downplay what was captured on camera, calling it nothing more than an argument, and denied that his client had committed a crime.
