Nicki Minaj's husband, Kenneth Petty is feeling a way about his sex offender status. Kenneth sued the State of New York over his sex offender status, but prosecutors filed a motion to dismiss it. Kenneth claims he never had a chance to challenge his sex offender status. Wait, you can challenge that? Well he is challenging it because he said he wasn't notified of the status, properly back in 2004. But prosecutors argue he was properly notified. According to All Hip Hop, a court date is set for January 2023 and Kenneth plans to move forward with his lawsuit in an attempt to get his name removed from New York’s sex offender registry. Kenneth said someone forged his name on the documents when he was allegedly notified. Kenneth said he didn't even live at the address when the notification was sent because he was in jail at that time and he wasn't there for the hearing. We're not sure if he will win this case, especially since he "forgot" to file as a sex offender when he moved to California.
