Kandi Burruss is a business woman. She gets into something and does her best to make sure it goes well. Speaking of which, when you watched Real Housewives of Atlanta, you saw the beginning and final stages of her restaurant, Old Lady Gang. While it seems like things have been going well for her restaurant, Kandi and her husband Todd were hit with a lawsuit. A contractor, Charles Busbee, sued them claiming he wasn't paid $16k for the work he did last year on the restaurant. Well according to The Jasmine Brand, the lawsuit has now been dismissed. Busbee failed to respond to Kandi's motion to dismiss and a judge went ahead and dismissed the entire case last month.
