Well it looks like Uncle Russ is out of a little bit of trouble. TMZ reports one of the women who accused Russell Simmons of sexual assault has had her lawsuit dismissed. Now, Russell has been saying he was innocent for a while now. But Jennifer Jarosik sued him claiming he sexually assaulted her and she denied his advances. The case was dismissed with prejudice. It almost makes you wonder why the case was dismissed. Maybe it was because Russell claimed Jarosik sent him text messages and nude photos after the alleged assault. Are you thinking she just wanted a pay day?
