I'm not sure if you had a chance to watch the Netflix drama, Seven Seconds. The show starred Regina King looking for the man who left her son to die in the cold after a hit and run. It definitely dealt with race relations and a cover-up by mostly white cops. But according to The Jasmine Brand, Netflix has pulled the plug on its series. Although, it seemed as if there would only be one season with the way it ended, it is sad to see the drama not get a second season.
