Jimmy Fallon and Black Thought Get Philly Family Meal

Back around April 4, Jimmy Fallon basically announced that he was looking for a good home cooked Philly meal and wanted people to submit to the show for Jimmy and Tariq "Black Thought" Trotter to surprise that family. Well a Northeast family got a great surprise. Rodney Moore and his family got a surprise with their dinner guests. So what did they eat? Moore made his salmon cheesesteaks for Jimmy and Black Thought. The family also got a chance to play video games and just kick it with the late night host.
