Frank Ocean Wins Lawsuit Against Dad

Frank Ocean was hit with a lawsuit by his estranged father. His estranged dad, Calvin Cooksey said Frank published a Tumblr post where Cooksey called a transgender waitress an anti-gay slur. Cooksey hit Frank with a $14.5 million libel suit. The Jasmine Brand reports that Frank won out of that case. Apparently, a judge ruled that Frank's dad failed to show evidence that Frank defamed his name, and he failed to meet necessary elements to make the claim.
