- The documents, which TMZ obtained, state that Amaya believes Shy has frequently threatened to kill both her and her mother. She claims he began making threats after their breakup in April, and she claims he texted her with the words "I'ma f**k ya life up."
- Shy and Amaya allegedly began dating in December, but they broke up on April 28 because of his alleged "anger issues." Shy, according to her, did not take the split well.
- Amaya states in the documents that while driving through Los Angeles recently, she noticed Shy was tailgating her.
