Takeoff's Parents Argue Over His Estate

How sad is it to see people squabble over a loved one's money. People are still mourning the death of rapper Takeoff and you would think it would bring people together. However, it's time to deal with his money and music. According to Madame Noire, Takeoff's mother, Titania Davenport-Treet and his dad, Kenneth M. Ball are going back and forth as to who should get control of his $26 million estate. Takeoff didn't leave a will and according to Georgia law, the closest living relative would be first in line to get the assets left behind by someone who dies without leaving behind a will. The rapper's parents are not on good terms. Although Takeoff said he was raised by his mother, word is his dad was also actively played a part in his life. Hopefully this won't get messy, as the parents should remember their son and come to an agreement.
