You all better stop renting people's property and messing things up and acting like no one will know. That's basically what happened to rapper A Boogie Wit Da Hoodie. He allegedly damaged his rental property. According to All Hip Hop, Boogie rented a New Jersey home back in 2017 to 2018 when the lease ended. But the damages were so bad, the couple he rented the home from can't rent to new tenants until the property is fixed. The couple, Lawrence and Carolyn Guarina are suing the rapper for over $263,592.24 in extensive damages to the property, which include clogged toilets, ruined landscaping, cut carpets, water damage to finishes and leaving a couple of vehicles abandoned at the residence. Boogie allegedly abandoned the property without proper notice and the couple says he left doors unlocked and opened. The couple is suing Boogie and his High Bridge The Label record imprint.
