Charges Dropped Against Philly Teen Who Accidentally Killed His Twin Brother
I'm glad the DA made the right choice with this one. As we reported earlier this week, Fayaad Gillard was charged with murdering his twin brother, Suhail, after accidentally shooting him. The DA overseeing the case has decided to drop the murder charges, stating that the incident was a tragic accident. They have, however, stated the father may face some type of charges for having the gun in his apartment.
