People will not let Kanye West be great. Remember he was trying to build dome-like homes on his property but then neighbors complained about the noise. Then on top of that, he didn't have proper permits for certain things. Well he has found a ranch in Wyoming and was trying to do some work on the new property. TMZ reports Kanye had plans on building an amphitheater on his property. However, he may have to curve those plans because Park County Wyoming Planner Joy Hill says the County ordered Ye' to stop. He had to cease construction because he broke ground without a permit. So clearly, Kanye doesn't like to get the proper permits for things, or he just doesn't look into things before his big plans on his property. If Kanye wants to continue the build, he will have to submit a whole new building permit application.
