Meek Mill always finds himself in some drama on social media and the majority of the time, itâs his own doing.Â
In the latest instance, the Philly rapper decided that his Rolling Loud Portugal performance was the perfect time to shout, âFree Tory Lanez.âÂ
The shout-out happened following his performance of the 2017 song âLitty,â which features the Canadian-born convicted felon who is facing a maximum of 22 years in prison.Â
As expected, his defense of the criminal convicted by a jury of his peers of shooting fellow Hip-Hop superstar Megan Thee Stallion did not sit well with people. Instead of apologizing, he defended himself on Instagramâs new app Threads.Â
In one Threadâs post, the rapper wrote, âI say free young thug ⊠free lucci ⊠free melly I donât even know why yâall start dealing with us if yall gone try to smear us âŠ. Thatâs why I stick to the trenches.âÂ
