Judge Denies Wendy Williams' Ex-Husband's Request for Alimony

Weeks after Wendy Williams’ ex-husband made claims he was “broke” and “cannot pay his bills” a judge in New Jersey denied his petition and determined that Wendy would not have to resume paying him. The judge also ruled that Wendy would not have to pay his attorney fees. The battle is not over just yet, though as the judge did not that the ex-couple “are to participate in binding arbitration” for "The issues surrounding the severance payments, and the [Qualified Domestic Relations Order] are disputed and therefore need to be mediated."
