Rapper Yella Beezy Arrested Over 2021 Sexual Assault Charge

Rapper Yella Beezy has been arrested. He was arrested Wednesday in connection with a 2021 sexual assault case where he was arrested on suspicions of sexual assault and felony sexual assault. Beezy was released on a $50,000 bond during the initial arrest. He's now in jail again and is being held on a $1,000,000.00 bond. The rapper was apprehended just a day after a judge signed off on an arrest warrant due to "bond held insufficient," which indicates that the amount of his previously set bail may be below the required amount. The 30-year-old artist was arrested last November and was released the following day after he reportedly posted a $57,700 bond.
