Rapper BIA and several other artists have stepped up to use their platforms to raise awareness for the Lauren Smith-Fields death case.
She even took things one step further and met with the family lawyer. She also hopes she can soon sit down with the family.
To recap, 23-year-old Lauren Smith Fields died in December while on a date with a man she met on a dating app.
