‘Love and Hip Hop Atlanta’ Mo Fayne Star Charged With Bank Fraud

Love and Hip Hop Atlanta alum Maurice "Arkansas Mo" Fayne has been charged with bank fraud for misusing COVID Loan funds.
Mo pleaded guilty to six counts of federal bank fraud after federal prosecutors say he used the PPP loan funds to furnish the expensive lifestyle that included $85,000 in jewelry, Rolex Presidential Watch, diamond bracelet, 5.73-carat diamond ring for himself, and $40,000 in child support.
He received a total of $2,045,800 but now as a result of his crime, Mo has to give up $100,000 from his different bank accounts and eight of his Kenworth trucks.
Because Mo decided to plead guilty, 14 charges were dropped and it was recommended that he serve 12.5 years in prison instead of the maximum sentence of 30 years.
