- A suit has been filed against Migos rapper Takeoff. A woman is claiming the rapper raped her at a party in L.A. back in June.
- According toTMZ, the woman whose name is listed as Jane Doe on legal docs, claims that Takeoff raped her in the bedroom of the man hosting the party.
- The woman says she was in the man’s bedroom following an argument between him and Takeoff.
- After the argument, she says Takeoff came into the bedroom, made advances towards her, and when she turned him down, he raped her.
- The legal docs say the woman did seek treatment at a nearby hospital once the initial shock wore off. She also claims the hospital reached to out the LAPD.
- She’s suing for assault, sexual battery, emotional distress, and more.
- No word yet from Takeoff about the lawsuit.
