- The scuffle allegedly happened after the two got into a verbal disagreement and then escalated into the alleged assault.
- While at the hospital she was diagnosed with a "closed head injury, closed fracture of the nasal bone, and cuts to the face."
- A protection order barring the producer from coming within 100 feet of his former girlfriend has been issued.
