Bobby Valentino Accused Of Rape

According to TMZ, singer and Atlanta native Bobby V is under investigation for an alleged rape in Cobb County, GA. The site claims that the alleged incident occurred this past weekend, Sunday to be exact. Authorities say that a woman named V when she filed a police report in Cobb County, GA on Monday (March 19). TMZ doesn't know any of the circumstances that were present when the alleged crime was committed. But, the outlet knows for a fact that the singer does reside in the neighborhood that the unnamed woman said that incident occurred in. Bobby's rep tells us they are pursuing legal action "against what appears to be a weak yet calculated attempt to obtain financial gain through ulterior motives in the matter." The rep did not say the alleged victim requested money directly from Bobby, but called her version of events an apparent false report.
