According to reports Mario Winans was due in court this week to explain why he hasn't been paying child support for his 12 year old son.Mario was a no-show and a warrant has been issued for his arrest.Mario, who claims to only bring in $3k a month, owes more than $170k in back child support. Mario is also married with two other children.
